@TomSmith – Great post buddy! It takes a lot of time and work to launch a new product successfully, but it’s all worth it in the end. It’s always nice seeing when your hard work pays off.

Thanks for sharing your notes with the community.

    Cheers,
    Allen

I notice you have transaction testing listed, but I would also add a testing day to each and every piece of the puzzle. I can’t count how many people I’ve seen have problems (myself included) because their email system had a mistake or they missed uploading a graphic and their squeeze page looks odd.

This is a great checklist, Tom. I am working on my new product at the moment and this list couldn’t have come at a better time :) Thanks for sharing.

Another great post with so much detail, thanks for posting. I wonder if you do much post-launch reflection and follow up, as there’s not much mentioned on your list.

Thank you so much for offering this very detailed check list. It is indeed very useful for anyone who is in the process of launching a new product or is planning on creating one soon.

I just thought of something that could also be useful: what about testing your funnel before you launch? I heard that some people get so confused in the middle of all the preparations that they don’t set up their funnels correctly; so they end up having problems on launch day.

This is indeed an extremely useful list. Thank you so much for sharing these to-do’s before your product launch. It is really important to make sure everything checks out before taking the plunge.
